Whale washed up dead in eastbourne

(From theargus.co.uk)- Marine experts have confirmed the dead animal washed up on Eastbourne seafront this morning is a baleen whale. Stephen Marsh, from the British Divers Marine Life Rescue, confirmed the type of species as a deep diving type of whale but could not be more specific because the animal was so decomposed. The whale”s body measures almost six metres long.
