Lake Baikal: world’s deepest lake undergoing crisis due to pollution and poaching

Lake Baikal in Siberia, is undergoing its gravest crisis in recent history, according to experts, as the government bans the catching of a signature fish, which has lived in the world’s deepest lake for centuries but is now under threat.
