Ocean Sentry
Twenty sperm whales have stranded on Ocean Beach, near Strahan, and Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) officers are monitoring the activity of another eight sperm whales inside Macquarie Harbour.
Of the 20 on Ocean Beach, only four were still alive early this afternoon, but conditions were too dangerous on the water for rescuers to invervene….
