Plastic trash is polluting Manitoba”s Lakes. Many of these lakes are in remote locations but the trash seems to be ubiquitous. Eva Pip an aquatic toxicologist at the University of Winnipeg has sounded an alarm for her province”s lakes. Plastic trash is becoming a problem in the Great Lakes water system as well.
