(From pattayapeople.com) – Naklua, Thailand – The Pattaya Marine Rescue was called out on the night of the 16th January to the beach near Soi 2 in Naklua to investigate a report that a dolphin was stranded on the beach. They went along with Mr. Kwarmmhun a fitness instructor at the nearby Zign hotel who spotted the creature whilst jogging along the beach. Sadly, the one year old dolphin, weighing 10 kilos, was so weak and exhausted in its attempt to return to the sea that it died before the rescue team could do anything to help it.
