(From herald.ie) UK – A stranded whale is not expected to live – after it became stuck on ground on the south coast of the UK. Rescuers believe the northern bottlenose is suffering from kidney failure. The six tonne creature became wedged on harbour flats Hayling Island in Hampshire early this morning. Doctors say they will have to put down the whale.
