Baby Mediterranean monk seal dies after being caught in fishermen net

Aphrodite, a 5-month-old seal born in Akamas, was found dead in the sea off Kato Paphos, Cyprus. The Mediterranean monk seal, Monachus monachus, is the most endangered type of seal in the world and the only type in the Mediterranean.
