Off the coast of Tuscany, in the Mediterranean's largest marine sanctuary, are dolphins, whales, porpoises, seagrass, coral — and now the cruise ship Costa Concordia, laden with half a million gallons of fuel.  The cruise ship, carrying more than 4,000 passengers and crew, capsized Friday night on rocks near Giglio, one of seven islands that comprise the Tuscan Archipelago National Park....
